what can I say, absolutely love my car! Had been searching for a Golf for a while on AutoTrader and I'd encountered
a few sharks along the way, so was very refreshed to meet you. The car fitted the description of your advert with
no unwelcome surprises. I found you to be very honest/upfront/not at all pushy and I was very comfortable to
agree to purchase there and then. When I collected my car a couple of days later, following the MOT (which it
passed with no advisories), I was pleased that not only had you purchased an additional 6 months tax, as agreed,
but you'd also gone to the extra trouble to valet it, blast clean the engine and even re-wire the stereo headset
for optimum performance (which wasn't even part of the deal!). You sat in the car with me and ran through all the
controls and features before I set off about my merry way! I've since learnt that my cousin, Charlie, also
purchased a Golf from you a few years ago, and her boyfriend PX'd a car with you. I was and remain extremely
pleased with my purchase, found it a pleasure doing business with you and have already recommended to you to
friends.

The new car drove well, didn't want to reach home so soon as I was enjoying the drive so much! Ha ha ha
If this new car is half as good as my old car I will be well happy. Hope she gets a nice owner too.

We purchased a Peugeot 206 from you about 7 months ago. I have waited to give you feedback because I wanted to make sure everything was ok with the car & to see what happened at the MOT. The car sailed through the MOT with only 1 advisory.

After buying a red ford fiesta from you two weeks ago it developed a whistling sound.
I took the car back to the small car specialists and Dan fixed the problem (some dirt stuck in the back brakes)
straight away without any charge. I found him professional, really friendly and extremely helpful.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2002 1.5dci Clio from SCS, two days after collecting the car it developed an intermittent starting problem.
We contacted SCS for help and were pleasantly surprised to find them more than helpful by initially bearing the cost of an investigation by a local repair shop and when that failed passing the car to a Renault main dealer, again at their cost, which turned out to be quite considerable!
My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending SCS, Dan placed no pressure on us to purchase the car and when problems arose it was a nice change to see the problem get sorted without the usual "sorry your warranty doesn't cover that" type of comments that car dealers have a habit of using.

Having previously bought a dodgy car, the thing that sold SCS to me was the key points on the website homepage, low tax, low mileage, exceptional condition and good history. The car I bought had just that and it was nice to view it undercover. I also particularly liked the fact that there was no heavy sales pitch that I had got when viewing other cars at other garages . Overall, I received excellent customer service when buying my Clio from the Small Car Specialist and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
